British Muslims Vote Liberal For Mayor Of London

Like I asked before, "Is Islam really Conservative?" Well here is some more info to back up my claim that its not. The re-election of Ken Livingstone as Mayor of London is in the best interests of Muslims, according to 63 leading Islamic figures. * For those of you who don't who this is, here's a little explanation. In his first years as mayor of London he invited the Islamic scholar Yusuf al-Qaradawi to a conference on the wearing of the hijab by female students in July 2004. Qaradawi has said: "I support Hamas, the Islamic Jihad, and Hezbollah. I oppose the peace that Israel and America wish to dictate. This peace is an illusion. " Livingstone, who provided Qaradawi with a red carpet treatment, defends him as a “progressive.” (2) If Islam is so "conservative" as some people call it then why would they vote for a man who is considered by the "International Lesbian and Gay Association" as "one of most gay friendly mayors in Europe."? My point is this: Muslims (and I mean real Muslims) would vote for Hillary Clinton before voting for a righteous candidate.
